What our trips include? Every trip includes lodging, meals, transportation support, baggage transfers, guidance, first aids and mechanical assistance for the bikes from meeting point.
In the details of every tour we listed any other personal spends as tickets, events, extra meals, drinks and bookings of other services not provided directly by us.
What you must bring? You will be provided by a checklist of the stuffs you must carry for passing a good time in your trip. If you must leave some things in Lima we can keep them safe.
Transportation How to arrive to meeting point? The connections to arrive to the meeting point you can fix with us, as any add-on to the cost. Any way we can recommend you the choices of transportations.
In the case of flights you must add the cost of airport transit and transfers. How we transfer the baggage? The support vehicle is the charged to carry your stuffs from one place to another.
Lodging What kind of? The luxury hotels are available only in the main cities. In the tours, because of its nature, we use lodges with the full accommodations as the place lets us. Double room with bathroom. Restaurant service it can be taken outside the hotel. Single Rooms? Single rooms are available in most of the tours at an extra charge. Unless the lodge capacity exceed you can choose to sleep alone but you must ask for this with enough time before or you can be located in a double or triple room.
Meals
Which meals are included and what kind of? During the trip we can eat typical food, as international food too. In case you need something special, you are veggie, or you must avoid some food (milk, fish, seafood, meat, pork, etc) notice that to us. Extra beverages as sodas, Gatorade or beer are not included in meals.
Booking
How to and what else we can do for you? It's simple. When booking the tour you can tell us what else you need. We send you the options and we confirm the availability of services. Once you transfer the payment we do the same. Anyway we can tell you some tips for your travel.
How can I cancel the booking? Punishments are applied within the 60 previous days before the begin of the tour.
I must get a health insurance?
Before to come be sure to buy a travel insurance (see contract conditions). In case you don't have one we can ask for one locally at an extra cost.
For more security come with an updated dental control and knowing of your blood type.
Are necessaries the vaccines?
To travel in Peru is recommended to have some vaccinations: Yellow Fever and Hepatitis B.
Anyway it's not obligatory to have them because none of these sickness is endemic.
