RESPONSIBILITY
Peru Adventure Trails SAC (PAT/Perubike) act as responsible agent to assure all arrangements for trips, the company and/or any of its employees are NOT responsible of any personal injuries or baggage damages produced by any support service as cargos, lodgings, or any other third part services.
PAT is not responsible for additional costs and payments caused outside our control as passenger sickness, pregnancy, drunken state, etc. and/or external events as social, political, natural disasters, weather events including possible changes in flight schedules and events beyond our control may lead to changes in the itinerary without harm to the tour operator. If one of these events happens spends must be covered by passengers.
PAT reserves the right of acceptance or retirement of a passenger during the trip because any infringement of this document or bad behavior.
The itinerary schedule could change if necessary.
Biking, horseback, trekking or any other activity lessons are not provided, passengers accept to be skilled on activity chosen. The use of protective wear is mandatory.
Bikes and any other equipment are subject to payments in case of damage during the use on tour.
MEALS, LODGING AND TRANSFER SERVICES
Basic lodgings are included from beginning to the end of tours. Rooms are twin or triple and include private bathrooms as availability.
Single rooms’ need an additional payment, if not booked you’ll be lodged with another passenger.
Upgrades to first class hotels are available as request and if exist during the trip.
Accommodations are subject to availability at the moment of full payment.
Meals will depend on destination. Water is served in sealed bottles. Fruits and snacks will be buy locally.
Tell us if food must be chosen for people with allergy problems or vegetarian lifestyle.
Kind and size of transportation depend on the amount of passengers and kind of trail.
Guided tours that allow full vehicle support allow picking up tired bikers or bikes with mechanical problems.
EXCLUSIONS
Rates do not include flight and/or ground transportation to starting points, health/travel insurances, rates for extra weight on personal equipment, meals not specified, as any tour, activity, entrance fees, accommodations and/or services not listed in itinerary.
Personal expenses, drinks, tips are not included.
EQUIPMENT
Passengers that bring their own equipment must bring them in perfect condition.
Each passenger is fully responsible of starting and ending point transportation.

Valid only for cash payment or Wire transfer
Wire transfer commissions not included

PAYMENTS AND BOOKINGS
Fully supported trips multi day’s programs:
Bookings within 60 days before tour date with a 400 USD payment by money transfer per passenger.
Payments at 100% 30 days before tour date in cash or local wire transfer. No money back.
4 days to up active trips
Bookings within 30 days before tour date with a 400 USD payment by money transfer per passenger.
Payments at 100% 15 days before tour date in cash or local wire transfer. No money back.
Single day tours
Bookings within 15 days before tour date with a 100 USD payment by money transfer per passenger.
Payments at 100% 2 days before tour date in cash or local wire transfer. No money back.
In case we arrange some partial payment it should be done in cash locally or by credit card adding the bank sales commission.
One made the first deposit we pre book all the local services.
Bookings and services are confirmed when 100% payment is made.
TOUR CANCELLATIONS
If cancelling is demanded:
NO Money back of the amount paid to pre book the service.
If paid at 100%. Only the 50% of the total amount minus the pre book payment will be returned.
NO money back within the previous 10 days of tour date.
No exceptions, including situations out of our control.
INSURANCES AND SAFETY
Each person must have his or her own health/accident insurance to cover expenses caused by any event and is solely responsible for his or her own integrity. We recommend taking a travel assistant card.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEHAVIOUR
The respect of local law, culture, and privacy of other members are included.
Very important follow the suggestions and advices of guides and/or tour conductor.
Ignore these recommendation is cause of bad behavior.
IMPORTANT
The passenger agrees to accept all the conditions of this document on the dates indicated and scheduled.

Not reading or agreement of this document is an acceptance of all the conditions.
