Colca Canyon
Arequipa, the White city, has this name because of the buildings made of sillar, a volcanic raw material. The volcanoes that surround this region created in millions of years a large amount of agricultural lands and an amazing geography as Colca canyon. The trail covers part of the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca and goes from up to 4000m in the high lands of Colca river, along the valley and finally in the canyon. The contrasts of villages, habitants, heights and weathers make this loop a very great one.

Day 1 AREQUIPA/SIBAYO Transfer at 07h00 to the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca. Begin of ride around 11h00 by the Reserve towards Callali and Sibayo Community (3800m). Lodging in rural homes. Diner.
Day 2 SIBAYO/CHIVAY Departure biking at 09h00 by the Inca trail that takes us to Canocota village and the Hot Springs. After enjoy a moment in the thermal waters we will be transferred to Chivay (3.550m). Hotel.
Day 3 CHIVAY/CABANACONDE We begin the ride early climbing first by the right side of Colca river getting Lari village, then we cross the river and climb again to Pinchollo and Cruz del Condor (3700m). Downhill by road arriving Cabanaconde in the afternoon. Hotel.
Day 4 CABANACONDE/HUAMBO/AREQUIPA Transfer to highest pass at Huambo. From here we begin the ride going downhill leaving Colca river, then to lower lands to finally get transferred to Arequipa by the Panamerican Highway.
